1. Introduction

Welcome to Aura Haven Retreats. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer destination retreats services designed to promote health and well-being through guided practices and community engagement.

3. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking: To reserve a spot in one of our retreats, please complete the registration form and submit a deposit as indicated. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
  • Pricing: All prices are per person and listed in USD. Payments can be made via various methods, if you don’t see your preferred method please contact us directly.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due according to 8 weeks prior to retreat start.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible:

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 120 Days Before Start Date:
      • Refund: Full refund of payments made excluding deposit, minus a ($25) administrative fee.
    • 60 to 120 Days Before Start Date:
      • Refund: Full refund minus the deposit and a ($25) administrative fee.
      • Option: Transfer the deposit to another retreat at no additional cost (if available).
    • 30 to 60 Days Before Start Date:
      • Refund: Payments are non-refundable.
      • Option: Transfer payments to another retreat for a ($300) fee (if available).
    • Less than 30 Days Before Start Date:
      • Refund: Payments are non-refundable.
  • Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departure from a program.

Note: Aura Haven Retreats is not responsible for any fees associated with refunding payments, including bank processing fees. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Aura Haven Retreats

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to our retreats, including but not limited to changes in venue, instructors, or schedules. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Adhere to the program schedule and guidelines.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to the program.

7. Travel and Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential risks.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities such as yoga and outdoor excursions. Aura Haven Retreats and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the program.
